The location is advantageous. It offered easy access to various points of interest. The room featured a comfortable bed. The staff demonstrated a willingness to accommodate our needs .
The hotel appears dated, both in the rooms and common areas. I found the pool area to be unclean. The air conditioning unit made considerable noise during the night. I could not keep it on.

The room included a king studio. i appreciated that the location was steps to the gondola and lifts. the outdoor heated pool was especially pleasant given the chilly weather. It.
The hotel rooms felt a little dated. Some updates could enhance the overall experience.

the breakfast options were extensive. i found the food quality quite good, especially given the variety available each morning, though the buffet area got crowded during peak hours.

the hotel connects directly to a ski rental shop, convenient for getting equipment. access to the ski lift is very easy, it simplifies the logistics of skiing each day since it's basically at the base of the mountain.

convenient location friendly staff clean room unfriendly attendant poor service cold manager
the location was very convenient. it was just steps from the village. staff were really friendly and helpful, even when it was a bit busy during the may long weekend. the rooms were clean.
the front desk seemed unfriendly upon check-in. the attendant seemed cold. the overall service i received was far below my expectations. during checkout, the front desk manager didn't even ask about my stay.
