I had a wonderful family vacation at the Hilton Whistler Resort. The rooms were clean and modern, and we even got a complimentary upgrade, which was a nice touch. The kids loved the outdoor pool, although it could use more lounge chairs. The location is superb, right near the village, making it easy to explore. However, there were some minor issues like a broken faucet in our bathroom upon arrival, though it was fixed quickly. Overall, it was a memorable stay!

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, but ours faced the service lane and didn't have mountain views.
Service
9.0
The service was prompt and attentive, especially when we reported the faucet issue.
Location
10.0
The hotel is perfectly situated near the main part of the village, making everything easily accessible.
Dining
6.0
We didn't dine extensively at the restaurant, but it felt more like a bistro than the upscale place we remembered.
Facilities
7.0
The kids had a blast at the outdoor pool, but it could benefit from more lounging space.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right by the lifts which made getting around a breeze. However, the room updates left a lot to be desired, with cleanliness issues and a lumpy mattress that made it hard to sleep comfortably. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being friendly, but the housekeeping staff was notably loud. While I appreciated the decent kitchen in the king room, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

Rooms
5.0
The room was fairly large with a full kitchen, but it had cleanliness issues and the mattress was uncomfortable.
Service
6.0
The staff varied; some were friendly, but housekeeping was loud and disruptive.
Location
10.0
The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lifts and close to restaurants and bars.
Dining
7.0
I didn't dine much on-site, but the kitchen was decent for preparing meals.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had some useful facilities, including a full kitchen and a fireplace, but they need better upkeep.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right at the base of the gondolas in Whistler, making it super convenient for skiing. The room was clean and comfortable, although there were some noise issues from the patio bar and neighboring guests that affected the experience. The restaurant wasn't great and the daily parking fees felt a bit steep, but overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its prime location.

Rooms
8.0
The room was comfortable and clean, featuring a king bed and a small kitchenette. However, noise from the patio bar and party next door disrupted my sleep at times.
Service
6.0
The staff seemed pleasant but the overall service felt a bit lacking. It's clear that some staff members were preoccupied with their skiing plans, which impacted their attentiveness.
Location
10.0
Being right at the foot of the gondola is fantastic! It makes accessing the slopes super easy. However, it's worth noting that the surrounding area could be a bit misleading until you get familiar with it.
Dining
5.0
The hotel restaurant was below average, and I don't recommend it. There are better dining options in Whistler.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel features a small hot tub outside and a larger one inside, which were pleasant but not enough to justify the high parking and dining prices.

My experience at the hotel was mostly positive, with a great location near the Peak to Peak Gondola and friendly staff who truly went above and beyond. The room was spacious and accommodating for our group, but there were a few hiccups at check-in that could be improved. Overall, it's a comfortable choice for a family getaway, though parking fees add to your overall expenses.

Rooms
9.0
We stayed in a spacious kitchenette suite that fit all five of us comfortably. The layout was open and the patio was a nice touch, making our stay enjoyable.
Service
7.0
The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, assisting us with everything we needed. However, our check-in took longer than expected due to some delays, which was a bit frustrating.
Location
10.0
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Peak to Peak Gondola and close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining
7.0
We enjoyed breakfast, though it was a bit slow on the day we dined there. The food was decent, with a good selection to choose from.
Facilities

The facilities, including the pool and spa, were well-maintained and added a nice touch to our stay. They really enhance the overall experience.

Our stay started with a lot of festive cheer, especially since we were there over Christmas. The hotel made it special with thoughtful touches like stockings hanging on doors. The location is excellent for exploring the area, making it easy to walk around and enjoy everything nearby. However, we did experience some issues with noise from a courtyard that hosted parties almost every evening, which disrupted the tranquility we were hoping for. While our room was spacious and clean, the noise detracted from what could have been a perfect stay.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and quiet, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. However, we were disturbed by loud music from parties in the courtyard almost every night.
Service
6.0
The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast crew and housekeeping. However, we had a less than ideal experience with one front desk attendant who seemed unhelpful and inflexible.
Location
9.0
The hotel is nestled in an excellent spot, central to many attractions and activities, making it convenient for skiing and dining in Whistler.
Dining
8.0
The breakfast menu looked a bit pricey at $35 per person, but I opted for the a la carte option and was pleasantly surprised with the quality.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had solid amenities, although we found the pool area to be less tidy at times, with dirty towels left around.
